Note: We ship worldwide excluding some Asian regions and remote areas. International customers may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery, provided that:

• Items are unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
• Items are in original packaging
• The return request is submitted within the 15-day window

3. Package the items with original tags in original packaging
4. Ship to our Asheville address (provided upon approval)

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Worn or altered items

5.5 International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable. Please mark your return package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
